Most frequent questions and answers

You’ll need to complete a brief questionnaire before you can book. This helps me prepare ahead of our session, so that you get the most out of it.

The investment for a 1:1 60 minute session is £120.

If you decide you don’t want to attend the session, you can cancel 12 hours before our call for a full refund.

If you cancel with under 12 hours and up to 1 hour notice you will receive a 50% refund.

If you fail to attend the session without cancelling under 1 hour before, you will not be entitled to any refund.

I use MeetFox to schedule sessions, take payment and calls are conducted over Zoom.

Once you’ve booked you will receive an email with the link for our session. You’ll need to download Zoom if you don’t already have it.

I will ask permission to record your session before we begin.

This recording is for you to refer back to, so you don’t need to make notes. It will not be used for any other means.
